NOTES
You should not take any food supplement or medication in combination with coffee, black tea, grapefruit juice or grapefruit itself, St. John’s wort products, alcohol (wine & spirits)
These prevent absorption and/or affect the effect. Carbonated products make swallowing more difficult. Taking the medication while sitting upright or standing is recommended; never lying down.
You should always take the capsule products with plenty of water (herbal tea, fruit juice), ideally taking a sip first, then the capsules and then the rest of the water.
There are also tips for people who have trouble swallowing capsules:
1) Take a sip of liquid into your mouth (do not swallow), then insert the capsule through your lips, lean your head back and swallow.
2) Take a sip from a 200ml to 250ml liter bottle and swallow, then put the capsule in your mouth, lean your head back and drink from the bottle while swallowing.
3) Place the capsule into the blender while making a smoothie.
4) Dissolve the capsule in water (herbal tea, fruit juice) by stirring.
5) Open the capsule and dissolve it in a drink or sprinkle it over food that is not too hot.
6) Open the capsule, sprinkle the powder into your mouth, and follow with a drink. Do not use with magnesium citrate, magnesium 7, or magnesium D3K2!
Many products can also be taken during meals.
On the subject of timing of intake and unfavorable combinations:
The ingredients in all products are selected so that they do not interfere with each other's absorption. Taking more than the recommended dosage is only advisable in rare cases. Taking more does not help and can even have adverse effects.
The most important thing is to take the products as a course of treatment and always at the same time.
